CISV Singapore is Recruiting 11-Year-Olds to Represent Singapore at the Village Winter Camp in Baguio, Philippines

CISV Singapore is excited to announce that registration is now open for children aged 11 years old to represent Singapore at the upcoming Village Winter Camp in Baguio, Philippines, happening from 29 December 2025 to 20 January 2026.

Organised by CISV International, the Village programme is one of CISV’s flagship educational experiences that brings together delegations of children from around the world to promote peace and intercultural understanding. Each delegation comprises four children (two boys and two girls) and an adult leader, providing a supportive and enriching environment where young participants can grow, learn, and connect with peers from diverse cultures.

At Village, children participate in a variety of fun, educational, and cultural activities designed to build global friendships and encourage open-mindedness, collaboration, and leadership from an early age. From team-building games and cultural nights to community projects and international exchanges, participants leave the camp with a broadened worldview and lifelong memories.

This year, the Village will take place in Baguio, Philippines, a picturesque mountain city known for its cool climate and vibrant culture. The programme fee is SGD $2,250 (excluding airfare), and includes meals, accommodation, and insurance.

Eligible applicants must be born between 1 January and 31 December 2014.

If you’re a parent looking to give your child a meaningful international experience where they’ll build character, gain cultural awareness, and make lifelong friends — this is a perfect opportunity.
